When
it comes to modifying your car, the last thing you want is parts that
don't fit, or interfere with the engine, steering or chassis components.
One of the big advantages of Sanderson Headers is that they're not "universal".
Unlike many off-the-shelf brands, their products are built to work on
specific motors in specific cars. They consider the fact that you'll
be changing spark plugs and replacing starters, and will want power
steering and air conditioning in your street rod or street machine. To make it easier for you to order the right parts, and for us at RJay's to make sure you get them, we've included the dimensions of every header on a part by part basis. If the left (driver's) side is different than the right side, we've listed them both. Before you order, we suggest that you take some measurements. If all the dimensions check out, and they probably will, you're done. If not, then chances are good there's another part number that works. Sanderson builds more styles of headers for more types of motors than anyone. |

Exhaust
header problems are history, thanks to Sanderson's exclusive
new port seal design. The precision ground, built up weld bead surrounds
the exhaust ports and extends past the bolt holes to eliminate leakage
and blown gaskets. In fact, the seal is so tight that gaskets aren't
even required! The new flange has been extensively road tested on high
HP, high RPM motors, and is now standard on all our tubular steel blockhuggers
